Physical development
Varied physical loads develop all muscle groups and reduce the risk of sports injuries typical of early specialisation.
TTG Aktiiv is a unique format: instead of one sport, we immerse children in dozens. Every day — a new coach, a new discipline, a new challenge. We do not train narrow specialists — we develop well-rounded, confident individuals.
Most children's sports programmes are built around one sport — football, tennis, hockey. A child is enrolled at age six and leaves as a specialist — often exhausted, burnt out, with overworked joints and a nagging doubt: "What if football isn't really my thing?"
At TTG Aktiiv we do the opposite. In a single session a child tries football, tennis, swimming, athletics, martial arts, team games, orienteering, and mind sports. Each block is run by a dedicated specialist coach. This is not "multi-sport in general" — it is a focused introduction to the best methods of each discipline.
The result: children find what they genuinely love. Their bodies develop in a balanced way — no imbalances. Character grows through variety and challenge. Most importantly, sport stays with them for life, because it is associated with joy, not with the fatigue of the same training session for six years in a row.
We work with more than the body. Sport is the tool; the goal is the development of the whole child.
Varied physical loads develop all muscle groups and reduce the risk of sports injuries typical of early specialisation.
Switching between sports trains neuroplasticity: children learn to adapt faster, make decisions, and think on their feet.
Team and individual sports teach children to work with others, respect opponents, and win and lose with dignity.
Each day brings a new discipline and a new challenge. Children learn not to give up, not to fear the unfamiliar, and to believe in themselves.
Every day — something new and engaging. Different sports under the guidance of individual specialist coaches. Not superficial, but with full immersion, technique and a result in every block.
The set of disciplines depends on the session and location. The exact composition is listed on each programme's page.
TTG Aktiiv has no generic activity leaders. Every block is run by someone who has dedicated their life to that sport — and knows how to work with children.
