Technique and ball work
Striking, control, passing, dribbling. Getting to know the basics through short exercises and game situations adapted for the age.
A one-week day football camp for preschoolers. Training, games, development and fun company — all in one.
TTG Jalgpall Aktiiv is a day programme for children born 2018–2021. We combine general physical development, coordination and basic football skills — learning through games and varied exercises.
Our goal for the week is for each child to get to know football, try different movements and game formats, and meet new friends. The programme is built so that every day stays interesting and varied — ball work, coordination drills, relays and team games.
We broaden horizons through game formats and guest coaches from other sports. No heavy load, no big promises — we just help the child fall in love with movement, sport and team.
We try to give attention to different sides — not just the ball, but general fitness, teamwork, and the beginnings of game thinking.
Striking, control, passing, dribbling. Getting to know the basics through short exercises and game situations adapted for the age.
Ladders, jumps, balance work. Building agility and motor skills — useful not just for football, but for movement in general.
Small-sided games, relays, pair and group exercises. Learning to see teammates, communicate on the pitch, and help each other.
Simple game situations with the coach — starting to understand how and where to move, who to pass to. A first taste of decision-making.
During the camp, guest specialists from other sports may come to spend time with the kids — athletics, gymnastics, tennis, martial arts. They run training sessions and masterclasses, sharing their experience. A chance to try something new and broaden horizons.
The line-up of guests and their visit dates depend on the session and visiting coaches' availability.
An approximate day plan. We alternate training, games and rest so kids don't get tired and stay engaged across the week.
Kids arrive, chat, settle in. Game-style warm-up activities with coaches as the group comes together.
Dynamic warm-up, speed ladders, cones, balance work. We prep the body for ball work — that's the key to clean technique.
Ball work: control, passing, striking. Short exercises with quick coach feedback, focused on quality over volume.
Fruit, nuts, water. A short break to refuel before switching activities — taking care of the body is part of the camp culture.
Small games, relays, exercises framed as fun challenges. Reinforcing technique in a live setting before lunch.
A proper hot meal, time to chat with teammates, recovery. Kids don't need to be under load all day long.
Mini-football 3v3 and 4v4, themed matches, small games. We apply technique in a live setting — the favourite part of the day.
Relays, general physical base, short reviews of game situations with the coach. Learning to think on the pitch.
Team challenges with small prizes, a look back at the day, recognising progress. The emotional close of the day — a required part of the programme.
A week of sport, play and new friends.
